1. What was the core ambition or long-term vision at Visorway that made you want to join the Advisory Board?

Democratizing access to excellence – that’s what drew me to Visorway. High-quality consulting has been locked behind expensive day rates and long timelines for too long. Visorway’s mission to make expert-validated consulting always-available to everyone isn’t just disruptive; it’s fundamentally right.

But this isn’t about making consulting cheaper. It’s about reimagining what’s possible when you combine human expertise with AI orchestration. Small consulting firms can suddenly scale their impact. Businesses get the guidance they need, when they need it. Progress gets unlocked instead of bottlenecked.

What sealed my decision? The founding team. After 15+ years in B2B SaaS and scaling DeepL from 170 to 1,100+ employees, I’ve learned that exceptional people executing ambitious visions create category-defining companies. When I see that caliber of leadership paired with a mission that generates genuine value across markets, joining isn’t a decision – it’s a calling.

2. Where do you see the strongest signals that Visorway can become a scalable, high-impact platform across multiple advisory domains?

Three powerful forces are converging at once. First, consulting needs are universal. A 50-person manufacturer in Switzerland faces almost the same vendor selection, IT strategy, and compliance challenges as a 500-person tech scale-up in Berlin. Visorway’s expert-validated blueprints address this massive, industry-agnostic demand.

Second, the timing is perfect. The consulting industry is ready for transformation, AI adoption is accelerating, and proven frameworks (ITIL, ISO, NIST) provide the perfect foundation for intelligent orchestration. We’re not reinventing consulting – we’re making it accessible at scale.

Third, early validation is unmistakable. Customers are seeing immediate value. The vertical scaling strategy – starting with Sourcing Advisory, then expanding to other clusters – shows focused discipline. We have the technology, the expertise, and critically, the first-mover advantage in a market ready to be defined.

3. From your GTM perspective, what convinced you that Visorway has the potential to fundamentally change how consulting is delivered?

Visorway possesses something rare: a product that creates its own demand. The traditional consulting model is broken in ways everyone acknowledges but few have solved. Expensive, episodic, exclusive – with knowledge that evaporates after each engagement. Visorway doesn’t just address these problems – it obliterates them.

The magic is universal accessibility with instant time-to-value. No complex implementations, no lengthy onboarding. Select a service and get expert-guided deliverables in minutes. When I scaled DeepL, one insight stood out: products that remove friction win markets. Visorway removes every friction point in consulting delivery.

Plus, it appeals to multiple stakeholders simultaneously – end-users needing project guidance, buyers needing decision frameworks, and consulting firms wanting to scale impact. During my time building various sales motions, I learned that the most scalable products solve problems across buyer personas. Visorway does exactly that.

But beyond product capabilities, it’s the founder mindset that convinced me. Absolute clarity on what they’re building, unwavering vision on execution, disciplined choices about focus and sequencing. That’s what transforms potential into category leadership.

4. How do you envision your expertise contributing to Visorway’s next phase of growth, and where do you see the greatest strategic leverage points ahead?

My mission is simple: help Visorway build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine that matches the product’s ambition. Move from founder-led sales to systematic revenue growth across segments, geographies, and advisory domains. This is where companies either accelerate into leadership or plateau – and I’m here to ensure we accelerate.

Specifically, I’m defining core GTM strategy: inbound and outbound balance, segmentation, hiring frameworks, pricing architecture, and growth metrics. I bring proven playbooks for what works at scale – and equally important, lessons from what doesn’t.

The biggest leverage point? Self-serve adoption at scale. When users experience value independently, growth compounds. Companies select blueprints, prove value with the AI Advisor, and expand organically – while the team focuses on strategic enterprise relationships. That’s the growth multiplier effect.

If you’re ready to unlock expert guidance without traditional constraints, or passionate about building the future of advisory services, let’s connect.

Visorway is redefining what’s possible when expertise meets accessibility. This journey is just beginning – let’s build it together.
