How we work together

We work remote-first, align weekly as a team, and meet monthly in person in Switzerland.

We work with focus, transparency, and shared ownership. To stay aligned, we come together once a week as a full team to share progress, priorities, and learnings - so everyone knows where we stand and where we’re heading.

Visorway is remote-first by design, but not remote-only.

Alongside our day-to-day asynchronous collaboration, we meet in person once a month in a Swiss city to connect, think together, and strengthen the team. This balance of clear structure, flexibility, and human connection is how we work best.
